We want you to love your Mustard Made locker as much as we do, so if it's not quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been assembled to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your locker or accessory is in its original, flat-packed condition and within the 30-day return window.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your return authorization and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
